The Relationship Manager role will be expected to:
- Actively identify prospects, establish contact with them, and perform acquisition of high-net-worth clients in the key markets of the region;
- Effectively manage client relationships through investment management, wealth planning, and other related advising;
- Develop investment and asset allocation strategies for clients, communicate the risk involved with various investment strategies with clients, and keep close monitoring on the investment portfolios
- Provide tailored solutions that address clients’ investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs;
- Function as the primary client contacts for account management and portfolio management;
- Understand clients’ background, gather information, and drive the know-your-customer due diligence as the first line of defense, to fulfil related compliance for facilitating account opening and internal requirements;
- Leverage firm’s platform to fulfill client needs to achieve the one-stop service goal.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of private banking experience in the targeted region, being in a relationship manager role or equivalent capacity managing HNW/UHNW clients;
- Abundant and proven experience in Private Banking, and demonstrated track record in asset growth, relationship selling, and revenue generating;
- Extensive market connections and thorough understanding of the market landscape, macro regulatory environment, and culture of the targeted market;
- Strong product knowledge in wealth management, including financial instruments, insurance products, and family trusts;
- Client servicing oriented work ethic and problem-solving mentality;
- Interests in the financial markets;
- Attention to details, ability to work in a collaborative environment, and sense of responsibility.

The Investment Counsellor role will be expected to:
- Partner with Relationship Managers to provide holistic and bespoke investment solutions on capital market products to priority clients;
- Function as one of the primary client contacts (in partnership with the Relationship Manger team), including investment product recommending, trade execution, and client portfolio monitoring;
- Possess profound knowledge across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Funds, Derivatives, Structured Products and Alternative Investments;
- Have experiences in implementing and oversight of investment solutions, and in providing advice and guidance on markets and actionable investment ideas;
- Develop and maintain database on client investment positions and closely monitor them on a daily basis;
- Form a team with Relationship Managers to pitch prospect clients for new businesses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in investment counselling and research (preferably gained from large financial institutions);
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, programming is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions;
- Passionate about the financial markets;
- Attention to details, ability to work in a collaborative environment, and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management Division in a brokerage firm serving HNWIs
- Good knowledge in financial instruments and products (bonds, equities, funds, derivatives, and structured products)
- Real hands-on experience with clients including trade execution, product suitability testing, funding in and out, and loans
- Familiar with account opening procedures and KYC requirements in the private banks and brokerage firms
- Interests in the financial markets
- Attention to details and sense of responsibility
- Fluent Mandarin, reading and writing in English, Cantonese is a plus
- Location: Hong Kong
- Responsibility: Account opening and maintenance, trade execution (stocks, bonds, funds, structured products), product quotation, trade blotter compiling, and client portfolio management
